1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Kiun ("the Service"), operated by MOTG, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Kiun is an AI-powered platform that provides fortune telling and destiny analysis based on traditional East Asian divination systems, including but not limited to Saju (Four Pillars), Gwansang (Face Reading), Ziwei Doushu, and Meihua Yishu. The Service is provided for entertainment and self-reflection purposes.

3. Disclaimer

The readings and analyses provided by Kiun are generated using traditional calculation formulas and AI interpretation. They are intended for entertainment and personal insight only. Kiun does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any reading. You should not make important life decisions based solely on results from this Service.

4. User Accounts

You may create an account using Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.

5. User Content

By uploading photos (for face reading) or entering personal information (birth date, time), you grant Kiun permission to process this data for the purpose of providing readings. Photos are processed by AI and are not stored permanently unless you choose to save your reading results.

6. Payments and Refunds

Certain features may require payment. All payments are processed through third-party payment providers. Due to the nature of digital content delivery, refunds are generally not provided once a reading has been generated. If you experience technical issues preventing delivery, contact us for resolution.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and technology of the Service are owned by MOTG. Your reading results are yours to keep and share, but you may not reproduce or commercialize the Service itself.

8. Prohibited Use

You may not: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the Service; (c) use automated systems to access the Service; (d) impersonate others.

9. Limitation of Liability

MOTG shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
